FIATA World Congress 2025 Fee Policy

Full Congress Fee

Access to the full congress program and the exhibition area.
Participation in social events: Opening Ceremony, Cultural Night, and Gala Dinner.
Lunch provided throughout the congress days.
Official congress materials.

Accompanying Person Fee

Access to social events: Opening Ceremony, Cultural Night, and Gala Dinner.
Choice of one full-day and one half-day scheduled tour, or two half-day scheduled tours.

Note: Lunch and coffee breaks during the congress are exclusively for participants with Full Congress Registration. Accompanying persons are kindly requested to arrange their own meals and coffee to fit their personal schedules.

Day Pass Fee

Access to the conference program and exhibition area corresponding to the day on the Registration form.
Excludes access to Gala dinners and Cultural Night.
Official conference materials.
Lunch corresponding to the day on the registration form.

Additional Information

The above fee types exclude the following fees:

Accommodation and lodging expenses.

2025 FIATA Foundation Raffle

As has become a tradition at the annual FIATA World Congress (FWC), a raffle will be hosted to raise funds for the FIATA Foundation for Vocational Training. The objective of the Foundation is to improve professional qualifications worldwide through “Train-the-Trainer’ courses in developing countries. Participants are encouraged to generously buy tickets for the 2025 Raffle to help the Foundation achieve its ambitious projects.
