Social Programme

All the participants and Accompanying Persons are invited to attend the Welcome Cocktail, Culture Night, and the Gala Night.

Day pass tickets do not include the social programme access.

1. Welcome Cocktail

Welcome Cocktail aims to kick off the Fiata World Congress 2025 and warmly welcome all distinguished delegates and guests from the logistics industry to the congress.

• Venue: Banquet hall lobby, National Convention Center (NCC)

• Dress code: Business Casual (comfortable business attire).

As scattered showers are expected during the day, guests are kindly advised to bring an umbrella or raincoat for convenient and comfortable movement.

2. Cultural Night

Cultural Night, with a variety of entertainment activities showcasing the richness of Vietnamese culture, not only offers guests unique experiences but also creates an opportunity to connect and exchange in a space full of cultural identity.

• Venue: Hanoi Museum

• Address: Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Ha Noi

• Distance: From the National Convention Center (NCC), the Hanoi Museum is about 750m away.

• Accessibility: Shuttle service will be arranged for guests with special needs, if notified during registration.

• Dress code: National costume is encouraged to honor cultural identity and diversity.

• Weather forecast & Notice: On Wednesday, October 8, the weather is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a chance of rain or light thunderstorms. High around 30 °C, low about 23 °C. As sudden showers may occur during the day, guests are kindly advised to bring a compact umbrella or raincoat for convenience and comfort throughout the program.

3. Gala Dinner

The Gala Night marks the grand conclusion of the program, extending heartfelt gratitude to all distinguished delegates and guests who have accompanied the Fiata World Congress 2025.

• Dress code: Elegant, refined, and sophisticated evening attire.

• Weather forecast & Notice: Thursday, October 9 – Rain is expected, with possible heavy showers at times. The weather will be warm and humid, with a high of around 29 °C and a low of around 23 °C.
