FIATA World Congress 2025 Ticket Policy

1. Full Congress Ticket

• Access to the full congress program and the exhibition area.
• Participation in social events: Opening Ceremony, Cultural Night, and Gala Dinner.
• Lunch provided throughout the congress days.
• Official congress materials.

2. Accompanying Person Ticket

• Access to social events: Opening Ceremony, Cultural Night, and Gala Dinner.
• Choice of one full-day and one half-day scheduled tour, or two half-day scheduled tours.

Note: Lunch and coffee breaks during the congress are exclusively for participants with Full Congress Tickets. Accompanying persons are kindly requested to arrange their own meals and coffee to fit their personal schedules.

3. Day Pass Ticket

• Access to the conference program and exhibition area corresponding to the day on the ticket.
• Excludes access to Gala dinners and Cultural Night.
• Official conference materials.
• Lunch corresponding to the day on the ticket.

4. The above ticket types exclude the following fees:

• Accommodation and lodging expenses.
• Expenses & services of airport transfer.
• Travel, visa, and travel insurance expenses.
